-Direct heat, light, moisture, sweat can cause stain, decolor of shape variation issues on the leather

-When the leather got wet, dry it under the shade, in open space, without direct heat.

-Use only leather specialized cream for stains.

-There can be some scratches, dark spots, sinews of wrinkles, since we use natural genuine vegetable leather.

-Any exchange repair of refund will be decided based on our warranty and policies.

-The wear or stain on the leather cannot be repaired or removed due to its natural characteristics.

- 직접적인 열, 직사관선, 수분, 땀 노출 시 천연가죽 특성 상 쉽게 이염, 오염, 탈색 또는 형태변형이 발생할 수 있으니 주의하시기 바랍니다.

- 물어 젖었을 경우 통풍이 잘되는 그늘에 건조하고 직접적인 열로 건조하지 마시기 바랍니다.

- 이물질이 묻었을 경우 가죽전용 크림으로 지우시기 바랍니다.

- 천연 베지터블가죽에는 스크레치나 작은 점 혹은 힘줄 또는 주름 등이 있을 수 있습니다. 이는 제품의 불량이나 하자가 아닌 천연 베지터블가죽의 특성입니다.

- 제품불량의 경우 당사 A/S 약관 및 소비자 피해보상 규정의 의거하여 교환, 수리, 환불해 드립니다.

- 가죽 특성 상 가죽의 마모나 오염 등은 A/S 받을 수 없습니다.

-When the wood got wet, dry it under the shade, in open space, without direct heat.

-Use a only dry clothe to get rid of the stain, and then put some oil which is specialized for wood.

-There can be some scratches, knots or different grain, since we use natural wood.

-Any exchange repair of refund will be decided based on our warranty and policies.

-The wear on the wood cannot be repaired or removed due to its natural characteristics.

- 직접적인 열, 직사관선, 수분, 땀 노출 시 원목 특성 상 쉽게 이염, 오염, 탈색 또는 형태변형이 발생할 수 있으니 주의하시기 바랍니다.

- 이물질이 묻었을 경우 마른 헝겁으로 딱아낸 후 전용 오일을 바라 주시기 바랍니다.

- 원목에는 제작 시 발생한 스크레치나, 옹이 또는 상이한 결방향이 있을 수 있습니다. 이는 제품의 불량이나 하자가 아닌 천연원목의 특성입니다.

- 제품불량의 경우 당사 A/S 약관 및 소비자 피해보상 규정의 의거하여 교환, 수리, 환불해 드립니다.

- 원목 특성 상 원목의 마모나 파손 등은 A/S 받을 수 없습니다.
